A simple veg sandwich as breakfast, to make your morning rush hour easy. by Aakanksha Bajpai
After your heavy morning workout, while you are already dreading the morning rush hour for work, are you also dreading the heavy lifting to be done for your breakfast? Fear not! We are here with another breakfast recipe.
A simple veg sandwich along with the morning coffee can not only give you the boost for the day but is also healthy and very easy to make. How? Well, here is how:
Bread, butter, oil, cumin, garlic, tomato, salt, chilli powder, sliced veggies (carrots, sweet corn, onion, beans, green capsicum) cheese.
Toast four slices of bread for two sandwiches. You can also do the same with butter in a pan. Next take a pan and add one tablespoon of oil and heat it. Add cumin seeds and let them heat till they splutter, now add garlic and tomato to it. You can now keep a lid on the pan for about two minutes, to make the tomato soft.
Next add one tablespoon of salt, chilli powder and stir it. Add veggies to the mix and stir them well. Once the veggies are cooked, place them on the toast and add cheese to it. Now place the next slice of toasted bread on the first one and your sandwich is ready. For added flavour you can also add green chutney on the toast.
