Smoothies could be a great way to start off your day. They are healthy, nutritious, filling and the easiest to make for your breakfast. As they are made of fruits and leafy vegetables, smoothies provide you with good carbs and protein.

Although please make sure that you get fruits and not just add fruit juices into the blender. Also make sure to measure your sugar intake in proportion with the smoothie. Here is the recipe:
